....(more)twin flames
The purpose of our soul is to undergo countless incarnations in order that it may fully and completely express itself as a unique glorification of the One Life. In order to do this, the soul needs a powerful mirror. It achieves this by dividing into two. The division is notional, just as all separation between individual parts of the One Life is an illusion. Both are complete, whole, and yet the soul is comprised of two complimentary parts. Yes, it's a paradox of creation - the ultimate divine paradox - that generates the experience of relativity, and therefore the miraculous experience of life itself.
The purpose of twin flames is balance: they are directly complimentary to one another. This polar equation is necessary to create momentum and direction on the path of a soul. Without it, our journey would likely be random, chaotic and meaningless, or even non-existent. Our twin flame draws us back to the source like a universal magnet; it is our memory of the origin
I love the expression: “What if they had a war and nobody came?”. I feel the same about the matrix and the awakening.....(more)
What if the matrix had nowhere to manifest?
Our idea of self is so contrived. It’s broadcast at us from birth and reinforced by the world around us. It’s on this false, heavily reinforced self-screen that they are able to project their manipulated worldview. We cooperate, believe their paradigm to be the only one, and help pass it on to succeeding generations.
All the while asleep to the True reality within and without us.
Kali-yuga is the “Winter of Time”, which is the last time cycle of four “Seasons of TIme” before the “Springtime of Time” or “Golden Age” begins. This was prophesied thousands of years ago in India. The following is quoted from Brahma-vaivarta Purana via The Uplifting Crane:
According to the Vedic scriptures, our current age, known as Kali-yuga, is one of spiritual darkness, violence and hypocrisy.....(more)
During the 432,000 year age of Kali, humanity deteriorates and falls into barbarism. Humans begin to kill animals for food. They fall under the spell of intoxication. They lose all sexual restraint. Families break up. Women and children are abused and abandoned.
Increasingly degraded generations, conceived accidentally in lust and growing up wild, swarm all over the world. Political leadership falls into the hands of unprincipl
Having any weird experiences lately? Good and bad? It appears these vibrational changes and the accompanying wake up are having some freaky consequences. Is the matrix breaking up and releasing its captive energies?....(more)
It’s nothing to fear.
Strange things are going to abound as we move into this next phase. Don’t be alarmed, but as the matrix starts to crack it will yield up caged energies of all types, again good and bad. It really is nothing to worry about, but if you’re prone to fear it would be helpful to be near stronger people ,and/or spend extra time reading and watching uplifting information.
And stay informed. It will explain a lot.
It’s heartening to hear people’s reactions and their experiences during this shift and how similar we all are. While all this can be a real thrill, serious new challenges are obviously presenting themselves.....(more)
It’s clearly important to keep our guards up and be prepared for what’s ahead.
There’s an expression, “Man cannot discover new oceans unless he has the courage to lose sight of the shore.”
I would add less poetically in today’s challenging world that might be more appropriate..”when a big wave is approaching, you better get your fricking boat out to sea!….because the marina and shoreline are about to get pounded!”
We are what we think.....(more)
Everything we are arises from our thoughts.
With our thinking we create the world.

From "The Four Insights" by Alberto Villoldo:
According to the prophecies of the Maya, the Hopi and the Inka, we're at a turning point in human history, a period of great turmoil and upheaval in which a new species of human will give birth to itself. We're going to take a quantum leap into what we are becoming, moving from Homo Sapiens to Homo Luminous – that is, beings with the ability to perceive the vibration and light that make up the physical world at a much higher level. For the first time, all of humanity will be able to evolve not between generations, but within a generation, which contradicts our beliefs about how evolution works. We'll take a biological quantum leap within our own lifetimes; and the physical, emotional and spiritual traits we acquire will be passed on to our children and our children's children.....(more)

Ashtanga yoga literally means "eight-limbed yoga," as postulated by the sage Patanjali in the Yoga Sutras. According to Patanjali, the path of Tattwa Shuddhi (internal purification) for accessing the Universal Consciousness (Brahman) consists of the following eight Sadhanas or spiritual practices:
(1) Yama (The five abstentions): non-violence, non-lying, non-covetousness, non-sensuality, and non-possessiveness.
(2) Niyama (The five observances): purity, contentment, austerity, study, and divine surrender.
(3) Asana: (Literally means "seat",) and in Patanjali's Sutras refers to the seated position used for meditation. ....(more)

We stand at the dawn of a miraculous new evolution.....(more)
Our planetary system is moving to a higher vibrational reality - one founded on unconditional love, joy and mutual respect for all life.
When we get out of the mind and into the Heart, our consciousness expands and we begin to feel the energies of the New World expressed as joy, love, expansiveness, completeness, wholeness, lightness and timelessness.
The key is to let go of our attachments and need for an outcome in the external drama of life. If we can rise above this self imposed victimisation, then we discover the essence of our being - our spirit, consciousness, or soul.

I don’t want to change anybody.
Change is an ...ugly word for me.
I teach acceptance, not change.
I would like you just to be the one that you are.
There is no need to go anywhere and to be somebody else.

I was taught by spiritual teachers that self-centred emotion is "a sin", that should be "renounced". In practice this seemed to mean repression, and increasing frustration and coldness within the self. Subsequent life experiences have taught me that all our emotions and feelings must be expressed or otherwise processed, and not simply ignored or locked away in the psyche.
Repression is like a pressure cooker - a little pressure is good and helps the food cook faster, but too much pressure, with no release, will just result, sooner or later, in an eruption, and the food being sprayed all over the ceiling!

There is nothing more painful then watching the wrythings of someone who is not being true to themselves, for they are not being true to you either.
There are many spiritual teachings that speak of spreading love and peace. It risks becoming an indoctrinated mantra in spiritual circles. What if you don't feel like spreading love and peace? What if at times you feel plain angry? Is it then right to override these feelings as many do? What impact do you imagine that has internally?
If we don't express who we truly are, then we are not being authentic, and this will limit our progress in self transformation. Negative emotion, such as anger, rage, hatred, envy, jealousy, or whatever, is easily recognised by the simple fact that it hurts! When such emotions well up, then we should not simply repress them. When we bury our negative emotions under a false layer of pleasantry, these emotions do not go away, but build up within our psyche. Over time we become increasingly disconnected f ....(more)
