"When I use a word", Humpty Dumpty said in rather a scornful tone, "it means just what I choose it to mean"
Lewis Carroll

divinity
Divinity means being God or God-like. As souls, we are all divine. The core of each soul is a spark of divinity. Divinity is inherently unified - all of divinity is inextricably linked, and operates as one. The divine qualities persist in all manifestations of divinity. Thus we are each of us, in our essence, God-like. This applies whether or not we believe in a supreme God, and regardless of our understanding of the nature of such a God. In our essence we are all divine, and we are all one.
ego
Ego is the false "lower" self, the fake personality we all possess, the "voice in the head", normal everyday consciousness. The ego is a false projection of the "lower mind": that is it consists of thought-forms created by instinct, emotion, and intellect.
Primary qualities exhibited by the ego are fear, insecurity, lust, attachment, greed, envy, and so on. In order to grow spiritually, the ego must be overcome. The negative thought-forms that comprises the ego must be faced down and dissolved, so that the true self (divinity) gains the upper hand: this is the process of enlightenment.
An enlightened person will still have an ego personality, but that ego will be harmless and will be a willing servant of the selfless and divine true self.

entheogen
An entheogen is a psychoactive substance used in a religious, shamanic or spiritual context, whether or not in a formal religious or traditional structure.
This terminology is often chosen to contrast with recreational use of the same substances.
The term "entheogen" was coined as a replacement for the terms "hallucinogen" (associated with delirium and insanity) and "psychedelic" (associated with psychosis, and '60s drug culture).
An entheogen "creates the divine within," en εν- "in, within," theo θεος- "god, divine," -gen γενος "creates, generates". In practice, the process is more an invocation of the divine - an absorption or collection from without - rather than an evocation, or creation originating within the person. So, an entheogen is something that fills someone with divinity. ....(more)

freedom
Freedom is lack of attachment or bonds or restrictions. To be free is to be unattached and independent. Freedom, in a spiritual sense, is the same as the buddhist concept of non-attachment. For our purposes, we must ignore dictionary definitions of love which associate it with sexual acts, romance, attachment, or mild affection. Instead, we define love in pure spiritual terms, and do not alloy and debase it with selfish desires and attachments. Love is the golden glow from the heart chakra, which gives without asking anything back. It is the inherent quality in all of us that is the basis of all virtue. The other more mundane meanings commonly associated with love are actually pure love blended with other feelings or emotions. Modern love has become very diluted ....(more)
